One Web Arcade is an independent editorial index for browser games that do something memorable with a small amount of your time.
What we publish
We select games with an original mechanic or a clearly inventive use of an existing form. The core experience must run in a browser, be free to try meaningfully, and avoid forced downloads. We favor independent creators and small studios because their ideas are often the easiest to lose in broad game directories.
What we check
Before a recommendation is marked as tested, we play the official build and record the practical details: controls, device support, session length, login requirements, free status, and language dependency. A visible last-checked date makes it clear when those facts were observed.
What we never do
We do not host or copy game files, embed official games in iframes, or insert an advertising redirect between the reader and the creator. Every Play button shows the real destination domain and opens the official HTTPS website directly.
Credit and sponsorship
Creator credit is part of the entry, not an afterthought. Supplied images are displayed only with permission. Any sponsored placement is labelled plainly and uses the appropriate sponsored link attribute; payment never becomes a disguised editorial recommendation.
